Just a quick post for now while I've got 5mins up my sleeve. We took Gabe to the "Royal Show" today-mainly so we could let him loose in the petting zoo. Almost 40 BUCKS to get in!!!! What the hell?! Saw some livestock bits and pieces which the lad seemed to enjoy and then headed on over to the petting zoo area. It was shut. SHUT! Colour me unimpressed. We had a quick 'stroll' round the farmyard nursery - fighting our way through dozens of similarly annoyed parents and kids - and then we got the flock out of there. Next year we are gonna take our $$ and hire a mobile petting zoo to come to us! Anyway...that's my rant over with, enjoy the pics. By the way, many thanks to John & Andrea for the free parking-lifesavers!
